01 System Overview

Eyz is a platform for scheduling the collection of materials for recycling

Eyz was designed so that a single person is responsible for scheduling material pickups—and can do so from home, without needing to go to the company.

Kernel Architecture:

02 Settings

Go to "Configurações" enter the company's business hours, type the address and save.:

# 1. Address synchronized with Google Maps, capable of generating time estimates based on distance.

# 2. Register the drivers.

# 3. Register the vehicles.

# 4. Register suppliers.

03 Create a "New Order".

Click "New Order" to create an order.

04 Order in Progress

The progress of the order will depend on check-ins made by drivers on the street:

  1. Login in Pointkin: https://enterprise.firma808.app/pointkin.
  2. Check-in 1: Means the driver set off for the order location.
  3. Check-in 2: The driver arrived at the pickup location.
  4. Check-in 3: The driver has finished picking up the order and is returning to the company.
  5. Check-in 4: The driver returned to the company for the final check-in to complete the order.
